preferring liquid supplements rather than
tablets or capsules.

originated in India over 1000 years ago. The
massage is given seated, there is no need to
undress and oils are not used unless requested.

TREATMENT
Treatment is
tailored to the individual but for example
someone running the marathon or wishing to take

Initial
treatment of an hour (where training schedules
and goals are discussed and a full body
treatment/assessment is given)
½ hour massages
every two weeks up to the event working through
potential problems, sore/ tight/ tired muscles
to maximise training and performance. |
